Plans and pricing

Viewfield starts with a 14 day free trial. No credit card to sign up. After the trial there are two plans anyone can buy, a per-client price for agencies, and two add-ons. Every number on this page is read from Viewfield's own price list; the app's billing page is the source of truth for your workspace.

The plans

PlanPriceSeatsAI allowanceAI visibility
Free trialFree for 14 days, no cardThe plan you are trying (below)A small allowance, and at most 50 drafts a calendar month10 buyer questions on ChatGPT, run at signup and then weekly
Starter$29 a month3A monthly AI allowance for drafts, research and chat20 questions on ChatGPT, weekly
Pro$79 a month5A large monthly AI allowance for drafts, research and chat40 questions on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, weekly
Agency client$59 a month per client workspace5 per clientPro's allowance, per client40 questions on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, weekly, per client

Every plan includes the whole studio: drafts of every kind in your voice, research before writing, inline revisions, the editor, export, saving to your CMS and publishing with a separate press, page updates proposed from what AI answers cite, and the MCP server. Seats count the owner, and no plan sells extra seats.

A trial sits on the plan you chose at signup (Starter unless you picked Pro), with that plan's seats and the trial's money and AI visibility laid over it, so the fortnight shows the product while a card-free signup's cost stays bounded.

Daily tracking (add-on)

$29 a month, on Starter or Pro (not on the trial, and not for agency clients). See how AI answers move every day, not every week. Your first 25 questions are checked on ChatGPT every day; everything else keeps its weekly check. On Starter that is every question. A workspace tracking more questions or engines than that pays for is paced over the month rather than stopped. The owner adds it under Plan › Billing, where it is added to the subscription at once, prorated. See AI visibility.

All engines (add-on)

$49 a month, on Starter only: Pro and each agency client already include every engine. See how Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answer too, not only ChatGPT. Every tracked question is asked of Claude, Gemini and Perplexity as well as ChatGPT. It brings its own share of the monthly AI visibility cap, and with Daily tracking beside it the two shares add: the daily panel stays on ChatGPT, its own engine, and the three added engines keep their weekly check. The owner adds it under Plan › Billing, or from the locked engines on the Visibility board; a Starter subscription that moves to Pro drops it from the bill, because Pro includes what it adds. What a workspace already collected on an engine stays readable whatever its plan runs next. See The engines.

Agencies

Viewfield for Agencies: Run every client's content and AI visibility from one account. An agency account owns an organization and creates a workspace per client, each on the Agency client plan and billed to the organization. There is no signup for an agency: write to agency@viewfield.ai. See Agencies.

The AI allowance

The allowance is the workspace's monthly pool of AI work: drafts, research, revisions and chat turns, whoever on the team runs them. Three seats on Starter share one allowance, never three. Pro and each agency client have the larger one. Plan › Usage shows where it stands this period.

When the pool is spent, the next AI call is refused with a note that says what could not be finished and what fixes it: a move to the next plan, overage where the plan sells it, or the allowance resetting at the start of the next billing period.

Overage

On Starter or Pro the workspace owner can switch on overage under Plan › Usage: when the pool is spent, the whole workspace keeps going, and the extra use is billed with the next invoice at $1.50 per $1 of model usage, the same rate the allowance is priced at, up to a monthly spend cap the owner sets (the cap counts the plan's allowance, and the pane says how much room it leaves). The switch and the cap are the workspace's, one setting for every seat; a manager can lower the cap or switch overage off, and only the owner can switch it on or raise it. Nothing is charged past the plan until it is switched on. Overage starts once the first invoice is paid, so a trial has none, and an agency client has none either: a client that needs more goes through its agency.

Two kinds of work never come out of the allowance:

  • Setup: the welcome's one call that proposes your voice, and the first AI visibility run.
  • AI visibility: every scheduled run is paid for by Viewfield inside the plan, with its own cap. When that cap is reached in a month, the runs pause or thin out until the next period; nothing falls through to the allowance.

Rewriting the "Sounds like" line after you change your voice or your brand basics is a model call on the allowance of the person who made the change, like a draft. The get_usage MCP tool answers the same numbers as the Usage pane.

The 14 day trial

  • What is in it: the plan you chose, with the trial's limits: a small allowance, at most 50 drafts a calendar month, 10 buyer questions on ChatGPT.
  • Reminders: the app says how many days are left from three days before the end, and the workspace owner is emailed three days and one day before it ends.
  • When it ends: the workspace locks behind "Your free trial has ended" and a choice of plan. Your drafts, your brand voice and your account stay exactly where they are. Your competitor list and setup are kept for another 30 days, then cleared. Choosing a plan turns everything back on.

Who manages billing

The owner holds billing: choosing or changing the plan, the card on file, the add-ons, invoices and cancellation, and deleting the workspace. Workspace settings › Plan shows the plan, the trial days remaining and the renewal date; the owner's presses are Adjust plan (move between plans, in place) and Manage billing & cancel (the Stripe portal). Everyone else reads "Billing is managed by the workspace owner." A plan change never starts a new trial, and there is no annual billing. See Settings for the three roles.

What is not sold

  • Extra seats: no plan grows by seats.
  • Publishing to social networks: an X post, a LinkedIn post or a newsletter leaves as text you paste or export.
