Agencies
Viewfield for Agencies: Run every client's content and AI visibility from one account. An agency on Viewfield is one account that runs a workspace per client. Each client's voice, drafts, CMS connections, AI visibility and team are its own, and nothing from one client ever reaches another.
Getting an agency account
There is no signup for an agency. Write to agency@viewfield.ai (the pricing page's Talk to us); Viewfield sends an invite, and the first sign-in of the invited address becomes an agency account with its organization and, if you asked for one, a first client workspace.
A startup's team can also bring its own workspace to you: its owner chooses Hand to an agency under Workspace settings › Workspace › Management and enters your address. When you accept, your agency becomes the owner and pays for it; their team keeps the access it has, and their former owner becomes a manager.
Your agency
The agency's home (/agency) is "Your clients": every client workspace you run as a tile with its name and how many drafts it made in the last 30 days, with Open and Hand to client. Its rail has Clients, Settings and Billing.
A workspace per client
Add client on the "A new client" tile asks for the Client name and Their website (use theirs, not yours). The workspace is created under the organization, on the Agency client plan ($59 a month per client, with Pro's allowance and AI visibility: 40 questions on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity), and Viewfield reads the client's site and proposes its voice. Add the client's own CMS under its Settings › Connections, and its list of who else gets named on its Visibility board.
Every client workspace is a customer's workspace in every respect: the same Brand, the same editor, the same publishing rules, the same AI visibility. Its drafts leave through its own CMS or as text; nothing is shared across clients.
Switching
Inside a client workspace, the workspace icon at the foot of the rail (or W) opens Your clients: every client workspace as its blob, with its name and your role there, the one you are in marked Open now, and Back to your agency. Choose one and the whole studio refills with that client. Inside a client workspace, the Ask Viewfield box (⌘K) also lists the other workspaces to Switch to by name.
Roles and access
The organization holds billing and provisioning, never data: every read of a client workspace still needs a membership in it. The person who adds a client becomes its owner. Another admin of the organization gets into a client workspace only by an explicit, logged grant, never implicitly; a client's own people, invited into their workspace, see only theirs.
Inside a client workspace the three roles are the ordinary ones: see Settings.
Billing
Client workspaces are billed to the organization, never to the client, with no per-workspace trial: the organization's own agreement with Viewfield is what pays, and Billing on the agency's rail shows it. The list price is $59 a month per client workspace. The organization has an allowance of client workspaces; ask us to raise it.
Handing a workspace to a client
When a client wants to run it themselves, Hand to client on its tile ("Hand (the client) to the client") sends a link to Their email, a work address, valid for fourteen days. Accepting it makes the recipient the owner, detaches the workspace from the organization, sets who can join from the recipient's company domain (so their colleagues can join and yours cannot), removes every other member, and grants a trial if that mailbox has never had one. A workspace with a live subscription cannot be handed over until it is canceled, and a suspended one cannot be handed over at all.
Over MCP
Every client workspace has its own API keys; an agent scoped to one client sees only that client. There is no way across workspaces by design. See Authentication.
